Group Fitness

Tribe Fitness group classes incorporate resistance training, cardio, plyometrics, and interval training to improve strength, endurance, biomechanics, mobility and flexibility. Sessions begin with a warm-up that includes light cardio and dynamic stretching, and specific exercises to activate areas of focus for the day’s session. Workouts are approximately one hour and conclude with a cool down and static stretching to improve flexibility and mental clarity. Tribe’s “signature” deep breathing wraps it all up! Participants receive individualized attention to ensure proper form. Workouts are easily modified for all fitness levels and ALWAYS prenatal and postnatal-friendly.

Group classes with childcare are held on Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 9:30-10:30 am, and Tuesday, Thursday from 5:00 - 6:00 pm at Amanda’s home studio in Santa Rosa Valley, CA. This location is central to Camarillo, Thousand Oaks, West Simi Valley, & Moorpark.

“Saturday Sweat” group classes are held on Saturday, from 9:00-10:00 am Rancho Madera Community Park in Simi Valley (Wood Ranch). Childcare is available.

Tribe Fitness will be on tour in 2019! We will be bringing group fitness classes to various locations throughout Ventura and Los Angeles Counties!

V I L L A G E Program: A 6-Week Neighborhood Workout with Your People

Get in shape with your neighbors just steps from your home by bringing Tribe’s new Village Program - a 6-Week Neighborhood Workout - to your neck of the woods! The program includes 12 sessions + 2 make-up classes. Sessions take place two days per week, and include all the elements of regular group fitness classes, but are centrally located in your neighborhood and full of familiar faces. Participants pair up with “accountability partners” to complete additional workouts outside of class each week. Childcare available upon request.
